Zumba Classes
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!
Class Time
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 6 to 7 pm
- Wednesday and Friday 9 to 10 am

Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise originating from ancient China, where it started as a famous martial art. It is practiced around the world as an effective exercise for health. Regular practice will improve your wellbeing. Tai Chi is a moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises that create harmony between the mind and body. Movements are fluid, graceful, circular and slow, combined with deep breathing, aiding visual and mental concentration.

WALK WITH EASE Program
This program is proven to reduce the pain of arthritis and improve your overall health. The Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease Program is a community-based physical activity and self-management education program. While walking is the central activity, Walk With Ease includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies. The program includes a guidebook and a walking schedule to get you safely moving toward better health.

Adult Volleyball
NEW PROGRAM for Women 18 and older. Get ready to serve, set, and spike your way into a great time! Our new Adult Volleyball Program is designed for players of all skill levels who want to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy a fun, fast‑paced sport. Whether you’re returning to the court or trying volleyball for the first time, this program offers a supportive and energetic environment for everyone.
