The Kerman Senior Center, partnered with the Fresno Madera Area Agency on Ageing, provides a donation-based congregate lunch for seniors 60years+ . Lunches are a delicious and balanced meal, assisting with not only the daily nutrition needs for our seniors, but also aiding those on a fixed income by covering the cost of one meal per weekday. Visiting the Kerman Senior Center is lots of fun! Seniors get an opportunity to meet new friends, and learn about all the different programs, events, and trips the Senior Center provides. The Senior Center is also a great place to come relax and work on puzzles, watch television, enjoy free coffee and snacks, and play billiards. Senior Nutrition Program Lunches are held Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), serving time at 11am. To register for lunches, seniors must call at least one day in advance by 11am (For Monday’s Lunch, please call the Friday before, no later than 11am) 559-846-9329. If transportation is needed, MV Transit provides free handicap-accessible curbside rides to and from the Kerman Senior Center for seniors.
