Kerman’s Annual Scarecrow Contest
Celebrate fall and join the City of Kerman Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department and the Kerman Chamber of Commerce for the 4th annual Scarecrow contest. Scarecrows will placed in the downtown area for judging during this year’s Fall Walk About event. Entry forms are due to the Kerman Recreation Office by Friday, October 13 at 4pm.
