Qualifications
Candidate must be a registered voter in the City of Kerman for 30 days prior to filing nomination papers and must live in the City of Kerman.
General Municipal Elections
A municipal election will be held on November 5, 2024, for the offices of Mayor, District 2 and District 4. Individuals interested in running for office may obtain nomination papers from the Fresno County Clerk/Registrar of Voters, 2221 Kern Street, Fresno, CA 93721. The nomination period for these offices begins at 8:00 a.m. Monday, July 15, 2024 and closes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2024.

Additional Information
New Council Members are sworn in and take their seats the first meeting in December.
