Use the toilet rebate information and application (PDF). The City of Kerman offers residential customers in single and multi-family homes a rebate program when they replace old high water use toilets.

The City adopts revised outdoor watering schedule during less sever drought conditions.
December 1 through March 1
- Odd Number Addresses: Tuesday and Saturday
- Even Number Addresses: Wednesday and Sunday
- No Watering Allowed on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays. No watering any day between 6 am and 8 am or between noon and 7 pm.
March 2 through November 30
- Odd Number Addresses: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Even Number Addresses: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
- No watering allowed on Mondays and no watering any day between 6 am and 8 am or between noon and 7 pm.
