Park Type: Neighborhood Park
Wooten Park (1.5 acres) features a large grass area with a softball/baseball backstop, trees, picnic benches, picnic tables and lighting. The park is also home to John Triantis playground, which includes slides, monkey-bars, spring-mounted animals, and a tire swing. Wooten Park was given a top rating by Kerman’s Playful City USA auditor for its facility design and functionality.
From the north — Head south on Madera Avenue as you enter Kerman. Travel approximately one mile. Turn right (west) on “C” Street. Travel approximately a quarter mile. Wooten Park will be on your left hand side, and is located at the corner of “C” Street and Wooten Drive.
From the south — Head north on Madera Avenue as you enter Kerman. Turn left (west) onto “B” Street. Turn right (north) onto South Wooten Drive. Wooten Park will be on your right hand side, and is located at the corner of Wooten Drive and “C” Street.

Park usage reservations can be made in person at the Recreation Office, located at the Community/Teen Center, 15101 West Kearney Plaza. Telephone reservations are not accepted. Reservations are made on a first-come basis.
