Teen Recreation Division creates a diverse and approachable environment to provide youth the opportunity to learn confidence and integrity. They offer a broad spectrum of services and healthy recreational options to meet the changing needs of Kerman’s youth.
The Kerman Youth Commission is an Advisory Commission for the City of Kerman Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department on activities, events and programs that address the needs of Kerman’s youth during non-school hours. Youth Commission members participate in various community service projects and events throughout the year.

For the fifth year the City of Kerman Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department, Kerman Unified School District and Youth Leadership Institute (YLI), presented the 2016 Kerman Teen Summit. Youth leaders from the Kerman Youth Commission and YLI Friday Night Live club teamed up to plan this years’ Summit.

Teen-Fest events are an outdoor block party held for Kerman Teens. FREE to all Kerman Middle School and High School Students. Teen-Fest provides teens with a safe environment to have fun.
