Strength Training

Strength3The City is offering strength training for seniors. Sessions will be held every Monday and Wednesday beginning October 5th from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the Senior Center, 720 S. Eighth Street.

This activity is presented free of charge. If you have light weight dumbbells, please bring them, but they are not necessary to exercise. For more information contact Jeanna Burdine-Slaven, Senior Services Coordinator at 559-846-9329
