Kerman Walmart Project

The City Council approved the Walmart project by Ordinance No. 11-01 on April 20, 2011. A copy of the ordinance may be view during regular business hours at the city Clerk's office at 850 South Madera Avenue, Kerman or by clicking on the links below.

Walmart Project

Project Status: The construction begin in late October 2012 and
is expected to be completed in August of 2013.
Walmart plans to hire 300-350 full and part-time employees.
